Delete Your Account

1. Delete from inside the app (fastest)

If you have the AlgoFlow Android app installed, this takes under a minute and requires no waiting on us:

• Open the app and sign in.
• Open the menu and go to Settings.
• Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
• Read what will be removed, enter your password to confirm, and tap Delete my account permanently.

Your password is required because deleting an account destroys your exchange API keys and cannot be undone.

2. Delete by email

If you cannot access the app, email support@algoflow.trade from the address registered to your account with the subject “Account deletion request”. We verify that the request comes from the account owner and complete the deletion within 30 days, usually much sooner.

3. What is deleted

Deletion is immediate and irreversible. We remove:

• Your login — the account itself, so you can no longer sign in.
• Your exchange API keys — the encrypted Binance API key and secret are destroyed. This is the only copy we hold.
• Your trading configuration — investment amount, monthly target, bot settings and plan preferences.
• Your trade history — the record of orders Magnus placed on your behalf.
• Your notifications and support messages.

Trading stops before anything else is removed, so the bot cannot place a further trade during deletion.

4. What is kept, and why

We retain payment and invoice records — the amount, date, method and status of payments you made. We are required to keep these for tax, accounting and chargeback purposes, and we cannot delete them on request.

These records are de-identified when you delete your account: the link to your user account is replaced with a one-way reference that cannot be traced back to you, and your email and name are not retained on them.

Retention period: 7 years from the date of the transaction, after which the records are deleted in full.

5. Your money is not affected

AlgoFlow is non-custodial. Your funds are held in your own Binance account, never by us, so deleting your AlgoFlow account does not move, withdraw or affect your balance in any way.

If Magnus has open positions when you delete your account, they remain open in your Binance account and become yours to manage — we can no longer monitor or close them for you. If you want them closed automatically, stop the bot and let the positions close before deleting.

6. Just want to stop trading?

You do not have to delete your account to stop the bot. Unlinking your exchange from the Connect screen removes your API keys and halts all trading while keeping your history and settings — see the Privacy Policy for how we handle data on an active account.
